Been going to Mounce since Jim first started his business years ago. They always take great care of their customers. Getting ready for a trip out of town and got a low tire warning light. Had wife take car by Mounce, I called and talked to Michael. They got the car in and fixed the problem for me on very short notice same afternoon. Just got back from trip and need to schedule routine oil change/tire rotation. I would highly recommend the Mounce Team.

Spent an hour or two trying out 3-4 cars with Tim, then went home to discuss with the family. Made a deal over text and headed back the next business day to pick up the car. Literally was there less than 10 minutes signing papers. Absolutely zero hassle or pressure for add-ons. This is the 2nd car I've bought at Mounce, and they're firmly established at my first choice.

Thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Tim and the guys at Mounce Automotive. Completely happy with my new RAM 1500 especially after all the hunting, researching and reviewing I did for a high quality used truck that fit MY needs. Not only was it painless and stress free dealing with Tim but he worked with me to get the payments right where I wanted them. Side note: my son likes the truck so much he claims he’s going to take it over as his.

Driving through El Paso, on our way to Rockford from Ohio, when we realized something was not right with our tires. Stopped to see if they would take a look. The staff was very friendly, checked out our tires, and quickly had us back on the road. Thank you for your great customer service.

Hello all, So I live 2 hours away from this dealership. Greg was my Salesman we spoke about a Jeep that I was interested on. Explained that I had a trade. Told me to take the offer I had from Carmax. Because it’s wasn’t worth bargaining about. They were completely, honest came up with a price. I was concerned about a couple issues. They made that right. All there cars come with a 30 day warranty and 1/2 on repairs. Several days later a light came on. Within minutes they told me come on down and make it right. Jim the owner diagnosed it and said that’s on him. The company gave me a demo over the weekend and meet me 1/2 way back from where I live. I got to know a lot of the people that work there. We purchased a Jeep from Mounce on 9/8/2023. From the moment we walked in they were amazing! From the salesman (Greg) to the finance guy (Brandon) they answered all our questions. Today we were out for a drive, as we all know, things happen a little hick up occurred (could have happened to anyone), we called and they offered solutions right away. We were able to fix the issue in less than an hour and it cost us a whole $7.00!! Mounce is a great little dealership and we will go back next time we are looking for a vehicle!

I heard heard a lot about Mounce Automotive, so it was a familiar name when I found a nice truck for sale online priced very well there. Being in my early 20s and shopping for a vehicle, you never really know if the salespeople will take you seriously. However, Greg and the whole Mounce team treated me with great respect, answering all questions I had promptly. I enjoyed the small town, small shop feel that Mounce had. Their own service shop was an added bonus- my truck came with new tires, brakes, and a fresh wash! Greg explained their philosophy and how they run their shop, which made me feel very safe buying a vehicle there. Greg and Brandon were wonderful throughout the whole purchase process. The one issue I had was that I was promised a full tank of gas, but realized the tank was getting close to empty as I was on my way home after picking up the truck (an honest mistake- given that I made the phone call confirming that I would be purchasing the vehicle 3 minutes before they closed that day). A few days after the purchase, Greg texted me asking me how I was enjoying my new truck. I told him I loved it but voiced my concern about the gas, and he quickly responded that he would meet me at a gas station and give me a full tank, owning their mistake. The deal was done and it was days later, so they did not have to do that. However, Greg and the Mounce team honored their end of the deal with me and showed the hospitality they pride themselves on. I would absolutely recommend Mounce Automotive to anyone!

This place is great and Tim was very helpful. First time purchasing a car and walked me through the entire process and showed a lot of kindness. Would definitely recommend!
